In Musanze, various district keys actors participated to the baseline findings and Zero Out Of Scoul Children project progress workshop, led by Vice Mayor in charge of social affairs Mr. KATYORANGA Theobald besides the ministry of education delegate, Mrs. Rose Baguma and Mrs. Noella Kabarungi heading the team from save the children and Humanity Inclusion.  this workshop was held on on August 13, 2025.

This workshop brought together different district staff, Sector Executive Secretary, Sector Education Inspection Officers, Dean of Head Teachers, security organs, Inshuti Z'Umuryango, district coordinators of Rwanda Women council and Youth council among others. 

In his remarks, the Vice Mayor urged attendees to work hard and promote collaboration in the fight against school dropout and data correction to obtain accurate statistics on school dropouts. 

He encouraged innovation aimed at supporting children and making them attending regularly.
