The Mayor Nsengimana Claudien receives a group of senior law enforcement officers participating in the 13th Police Senior Command and Staff Course (PSCSC) who are in the district, for the study tour under the theme “Human Security-Oriented Policing: An Approach to Crime Prevention.

In his remarks, the Mayor welcomes the delegation and briefly presents the district. He stresses: "We strive to build a peaceful and prosperous community; we recognize that policing is not just about law enforcement, it is about ensuring the wellbeing of every citizen".

During their study tour, a delegation from National Police College, along with the Vice Mayor in Charge of Social Affairs, Kayiranga Theobald visits various activities, with the aim of connecting the lessons they learn in school to the work done in the visited activities.
