The Governor of Northern Province Mr. MUGABOWAGAHUNDE Maurice together with the Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development, Mrs. UWANYIRIGIRA Clarisse, visited a community-led project in Mpenge Cell, in Muhoza sector, where residents are constructing their own cell office.

This project of constructing new cell office estimated to cost 128 million Rwandan Francs. the governor appreciated the initiative and provided guidance aimed at accelerating its completion. Among the Present were the Advisor to the governor,Mr. KARAKE Ferdinand, the acting director of OSC, Mr. HARELIMANA Ignace and the executive secretary of Mpenge cell. Menge cell is the one of 4 cells that make up Muhoza sector, the sector which has the headquarters in musanze city. other cells are RUHENGERI, KIGOMBE and CYABARARIKA.
