This comprise of Vice mayor incharge of Economic Affires ,Vice mayor incharge of  social Affires, Director of Planning who is Mr. RUZINDANA Charles and he is also the secritary of this committee,All Sector executive secretaries, CNF,CNG and other Development commitees elected by the District Council.

DISTRICT;
    To coordinate and assist sectors to deliver better services to the Populationü
     To determine, coordinate and implement development plansü
     To promote good relationships and cooperation with other Districtsü

    Monitor and coordinate Cells activitiesü
     Solve population problems and deliver basic servicesü
     Ensure Security of people and their propertyü
    Sensitise the population about the Governement  policies and programmes Mobilise resourcesü
CELLS;
    Assist Imidugudu levels of administration to cooperate better with sector technical staffü
    Assist the population to participate in different government programmesü
UMUDUGUDU;
    Promote better cooperation and good coexistence among the populationü
    Collect basic statistics and deliver to the institutions which analyse , utilise and keep them ü
